We are not a property management company or a monitoring subscription; we are your designated representative — someone who attends the property and acts exactly as you would if you were there.

Our work is deeply rooted in our knowledge of Edmonton and its surrounding cities, from St. Albert and Sherwood Park to Leduc and Fort Saskatchewan. We understand the seasonal realities of the Alberta climate, the local contractor landscape, and the specific issues that surface across different parts of the region. For properties further out, we offer extended coverage.
WHY
NewVita was founded to remove the barriers of remote property ownership. We noticed owners and investors were underserved in the Edmonton area and saw an opportunity to offer something Edmonton didn't have — an independent, local representative. That independence is the core of our business. We have no referral arrangements, service provider affiliations, or displaced priorities. Our advice is always objective, and our loyalty is never divided.

I brought my experience in skilled trades, QA/QC, and team leadership to NewVita with one purpose: to close the gap between remote property owners and their properties. That gap isn't just physical distance — it's the absence of accountability, the information deficit, and the lack of someone on the ground who understands what they're looking at and has no competing agenda.
Those disciplines are directly built into how NewVita operates. A trades background means the condition of your property gets assessed by someone who knows how sites are run, where standards get quietly compromised, and what quality work actually looks like. QA/QC experience is the foundation of every report, every inspection cycle, and every corrective follow-through — systematic, documented, and built to hold up. Team leadership means I coordinate contractors, vendors, and moving parts the way the job demands: clear expectations, firm accountability, and outcomes driven to completion. That combination isn't incidental. It's the reason this works.
